As part of increasing our ITIL maturity across our SA operations with a goal of bringing all of our staff up to the same level of understanding of ITIL V3 I engaged Phil to tailor a specific course for our business that would cater for the diversity of the audience and deliver it. The staff involved spanned many roles and functions across IT from Service Desk Agents to Change and Incident Managers, Sales and others. Having worked with Phil previously I knew he would not only be able to build and deliver the content, but also flex the level and depth of knowledge sharing through the course on the day based on where the audience took it.
