Questions we hear often.

• How much time will my team need to give you?

  Less than you think. The Discover and Design phases involve focused workshops with you and one or two business owners — typically a half-day per week for two to four weeks. Build & measure happens largely in parallel with your existing operations; we don't pull people off the floor. Hand over & train is the final week, where we transfer ownership through structured sessions.
• What happens to our data?

  It stays in Australia. AIOS is hosted on the AWS Sydney region. We architect every system so client information never leaves Australian data centres, with access controls, auditability, and security review built in from day one — the same discipline used inside enterprise banks. • Do we need to be technical?

  No. AIOS is designed to be operated in plain English. The build phase is technical — but that's our work, not yours. By handover, your team is interacting with AIOS the way they interact with email or a calendar. The training phase is built specifically to make sure non-technical staff can run and extend the system.
• How do we know AIOS will work for our industry?

  The Discover phase is exactly this question. In a 30-minute discovery call we map your operational reality, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and tell you honestly whether AIOS is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you. Where we have direct experience — legal practices, accounting firms, professional services, technology providers — we can be specific from the first call.
• What if we already use ChatGPT and Claude?

  Good. AIOS isn't a replacement for them — it's the operating system that sits above them, connecting them to your data, your processes, and your tools. The chat interface you already use becomes one input into a much larger, structured system. You don't lose what you've built; you graduate it.
• How long until we see results?

  The Design phase delivers your build plan in 2–4 weeks. Within 2–4 weeks of the build starting, the first layer is live and measurably saving time. Each subsequent layer compounds. Most clients feel the difference within the first month and see measurable KPI movement by month two or three.
• What's the typical investment?

  AIOS Programme investments typically start from $9K–$15K depending on scope, with ROI normally achieved in three months. Bespoke engagements and custom AI projects typically range $20K–$100K depending on scope and complexity, with final scope confirmed after the discovery call. Either way, we'd rather quote you honestly after discovery than anchor you to a number that doesn't fit your business.
• What happens after handover?

  You own AIOS. Your team operates and extends it as the business changes. We remain available for ongoing support, additional layers, and major iterations on a retainer or project basis — but the system is yours, and the methodology is documented so it survives the handover. That's the point.
