WHAT WE DO NOT AUTOMATE
Some things should never run without a lawyer.
No legal advice. AIOS drafts and prepares; it does not advise, and nothing reaches a client without a fee earner reading it first.
No trust accounting. We do not touch trust ledgers, trust receipting or trust reconciliation. That is regulated territory and it stays with your practice management system and your accountant.
No conflict decisions. A system can gather what a conflict check needs and surface it; whether the firm can act is a judgement a person makes and records.
No client files offshore. Everything runs in the AWS Sydney region, which is the point of building it this way.

What does this cost?
AIOS is scoped and quoted per practice — it depends on how many workflows it covers and what it connects to. Bespoke engagements and custom AI projects typically range $20K–$100K depending on scope. If the investment doesn't fit right now, Phil will tell you on the clarity call, without a hard sell.
We tried a chatbot once. Why is this different?

How long until we see results?
