Who we are
AI Smarter is an Australian business operating from Sydney, NSW. We provide AI consulting and automation services to businesses across Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you book a discovery call, contact us, or engage us for work, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, business name, and a description of what you'd like to discuss. We may also collect anonymous analytics about how visitors use this website (pages viewed, time on page, referring source) so we can improve it.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you've engaged us for, and operate our business (invoicing, record-keeping). We do not sell or rent personal information.
Where it's stored
Client information collected during engagements is stored on infrastructure we operate or contract — primarily AWS infrastructure hosted in the AWS Sydney region. We architect AIOS deployments so client information stays within Australian jurisdiction.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers we use to operate our business (calendaring, email, invoicing) and only as needed. Each provider we use is reviewed for its own privacy and security posture. We do not disclose information to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
